This project is to undertake detailed investigations including detailed survey of the levee, a complete auditing of the levee to identify any structural defects including soil tests required, prepare the concept and detailed design plans for the construction of the upgrade works. As part of the design it will be required to undertake detailed investigations including hydraulic modelling and prepare the concept and detailed design plans to install a suitable flood gate to Byrnes Creek culvert (i.e. downstream of the levee).
