This report outlines the current strategy for the Hawkesbury-Nepean Flood Evacuation Routes Upgrade. It draws from documents prepared by DIPNR, SES and RTA and discussions with key people in those authorities. The current route strategy is based on the Interim Regional Road Upgrade Plan (HNFMS, April 2000). There has been some refinement of the route details and selection of primary and secondary routes based on operational planning.
