The Allans Creek catchment is located within the Wollongong City Council Local Government Area (LGA) in the Illawarra Region of New South Wales. Council engaged Advisian (part of the Worley Group) to complete an updated Flood Study for the Allans Creek catchment in response to a range of factors including release of Council’s Revised Conduit Blockage Policy (2016), recent improvements in flood modelling technology, the availability of new data, and changes in the catchment since the previous study was completed in 2006.
